Development Journey

Early Beginnings

My coding journey started with the Bluemagic Club in Fribourg, where I worked with the Thymio robot and its block-based programming language. Later, I began experimenting with Arduino and Scratch at home, diving into basic electronics and programming concepts.

Language Exploration

I then started learning Python, creating my first calculator and experimenting with the Turtle library to make visual programs. Later, I explored the basics of Java, but my focus shifted primarily to Unity and C#, where I could combine coding with game development.

Project Development

Over the years, I built a variety of programs and prototypes, including a Chess game, a 3D version of Snake, and a Dungeon Crawler prototype. These projects helped me develop problem-solving skills and gain hands-on experience in both programming and game mechanics.

Current Focus

Today, I am learning more about AI and working on several projects with a friend, including an AI project, a co-op Dungeon Crawler, and a base/equipment-building co-op horror game. I enjoy combining coding, creativity, and collaboration to bring new ideas to life.

You can check out some of my projects here.

Snowboarding Passion

Living right next to a ski resort makes it incredibly convenient to snowboard whenever I want, but I often venture out to other resorts to explore new terrain and find the best conditions. I love the variety that comes from visiting different mountains, it keeps every session exciting and fresh.

On a typical day, I like to start with a few runs down the slopes to get warmed up. After that, a break for hot chocolate and breakfast is the perfect way to recharge before more riding. It's a routine that balances action with a little downtime, making each day on the mountain enjoyable.

Before snowboarding, I was a skier and participated in ski races with my local ski club. Those experiences gave me a solid foundation in balance, technique, and speed, which I now bring to every snowboarding session. These days, I ride my K2 x Tony Hawk Afterblack, carving, jumping, and exploring the mountains with the same energy I had on the ski slopes.
